🚔 Farmington Arrest Log: Aug. 22–25, 2025
Farmington Police managed to fit three arrests into a single weekend window, proving once again that late August in Connecticut isn’t just about corn mazes and back-to-school sales.
Domestic Disturbance on Crocus Lane
On August 25 at 1:13 a.m., officers arrested Ashtyn Ryan Fabry, 31, of Crocus Lane on a charge of Breach of Peace in the Second Degree (53a-181). Police noted the case was related to a domestic incident. Fabry was released on a $2,500 nonsurety bond and had a same-day court date.
DUI on Farmington Avenue
In the small hours of August 23 at 3:30 a.m., Jeffrey Oneill Pizarro-Parrilla, 32, of Avon was pulled over on Farmington Avenue. His charges read like the DMV’s least-wanted list: failure to drive in the proper lane (14-236), improper rear lamps (14-96c), and the headliner, operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs (14-227a). He posted a $2,500 nonsurety bond and is due in court September 2.
Warrant Arrest: Larceny Lite
On August 22 at 5:15 p.m., Andrew Florian Stierer, 29, of Cope Farms Road was arrested at 319 New Britain Avenue on a warrant. The charges: conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (53a-48/53a-125b) and sixth-degree larceny (53a-125b). Translation: someone allegedly tried to run a low-budget heist. Stierer posted a $5,000 surety bond and will appear in court September 2.
Important Reminder
Everyone listed here is innocent until proven guilty. Even in Farmington, where crime sometimes looks more like the outtakes of a bad sitcom than an episode of Law & Order.
